Retro Designs Are Back
The retro packaging designs back and eye catching – with the use of bright colours and a minimalistic design the can stands out compared to other leading pop packaging designs. It’s refreshing to see Pepsi re-introduce the retro packaging theme because it brings back sweet childhood memories, especially during the holidays visiting with family and friends.
Real Sugar and PepsiCo
According to Wikipedia, PepsiCo announced that both Pepsi Throwback and Mountain Dew Throwback would become permanent additions to the Pepsi and Mountain Dew product lines, as long as consumers keep buying in the US! Which is awesome ‘cause the beverage is 100% better and you can truly taste the difference!
In Canada the product was returned in October 2012, but is only available for the next 8 weeks.
